Contest of Magicians

Hey guys, so being the good blogger that I am I'm actually posting work that I just finished. YAY ME!  So hear is a character study from my conceptual illustration class.  We had the task of creating an illustration from a book by Steven Mullhouser.  It wasn't really my taste in books but here is the character of the old magician from the story "A Contest of Magicians".

I like it but I think it was just a bit to cartoony for my teachers liking. Anyways. Enjoy.
